Hello everyone and welcome back to another Featured Friday! As some of you know we use this segment to highlight different brands and businesses every week on Fridays that really stand out and make a difference in our lives and in their communities. For this week we decided to do something different and special for honoring Nationals Women’s Month. At OnBrand we completely support and advocate for women, women’s rights, and women in business. Within this article we will be re-highlighting the phenomenal women that we have had the pleasure in working with throughout our business. All of these women have energized, inspired, exhilarated, and influenced us within our business and we would like to pay a special thanks to each of these strong ladies. To celebrate this historical month we inspire all of our readers to continue to thank, support, buy, encourage, and to go out of your way to show appreciation to the women who surround you in your lives. Without further ado lets jump into these lovely ladies and how they are changing the world!

Succulent-Queen (@Succulentbella)

We of course have to kick off this list of badass women with the one that started it all! Isabella has been a dear friend of ours for a while and when we started our business Isabella had actually started her Succulent business around the same time. When I watched the start of her business it really gave me the confidence to strive in my business and to continue to push for something more out of quarantine, so that is why she was our first ever collaboration! In working with Isabella it was undeniably awesome to see her passion in wanting to start something for herself and wanting to give back to her community in a time that was pretty scary during the pandemic. Everybody should really go check out her instagram page where she posts all things succulent related and her future business endeavors. Isabella has actually inspired me to try and be a plant mom and to be outspoken about the things that matter to me, all while showing extreme grace and care. Thank you for being you.

Authentically Ashlyn (@authenticallyashlynkay)

Ashlyn Baby! Ashlyn was a pivotal person in our journey at the beginning of our business because she was the first person that inspired us to push in different avenues where I was feeling uninspired. Ashlyn was the first person that I met that was also running a blog, and to be able to see her run an incredibly busy life with work and school while doing a blog gave me no excuse but to push harder for the things I wanted out of this business and life. Ashlyn was also the first major model that did an entire photoshoot with Birdi and I, which was such a uniquely fun and amazing day. I will always cherish those pictures and shoot because they grew Birdi and I’s knowledge exponentially and honestly we look amazing. Ashlyn also helped achieve our goals of having our own stickers which are made with such utmost care and quality. Everyone NEEDS to go check out her Etsy store where she makes the cutest and most personal stickers. I mean she literally made me a sticker of my cat that makes me want to melt every time I look at it. Just off this small paragraph it is no wonder why she is absolutely killing the game and someone I look to for inspiration.

Rashi, Katie, and Diane (dtewellness)

Down to Earth Wellness is such an important and special woman owned business in Tracy that has been one of our favorite business hands down to work with. Birdi actually found them at the farmers market and fell in love with all of their spiritual and wellness products. Through and through these woman have been so genuine, kind, and hardworking which has pushed us to want to create such exquisite work with pristine customer care. Nothing has brought us more joy than to be able to watch this business grow through their products and even starting new avenues like their ambassador program. These are the woman that are making a difference in our world and communities by following their dreams and passions. We are so excited to see where and how their business grows and goes.

Jackie (the.pink.mixer)

Jackie was such an important person for us to work with because she has actually been a very close friend to Birdi, like a mentor in many ways. When we had the opportunity to work with her bakery for one of our Featured Fridays we were extremely thrilled and overjoyed (especially since it was our special holiday feature). Let me start by saying this women was so incredibly sweet, enthusiastic, and a complete joy to work with. To be able to read her starting journey and the backstory behind her business was so heartfelt and sincere, and to be able to share this with our readers was even better. This is just the naturally amazing Jackie in her taurus being, but her baked goods and business simply puts her on another level. I am not lying to you when I say her gingerbread loaf and chocolate chip peppermint kisses literally changed my life. And this is what I love about women and her especially, that they have this ability to follow a passion like baking while partnering it with strong determination to be able to make something for themselves like a business. Thank you Jackie for being such a great friend, business owner, and a woman to work with.

Emily Mantra (emilymantraxoxo)

Last but certainly not least we have the absolutely stunning and talented Emily Mantra. Emily has also be an acquaintance that I have known for quite sometime, but she caught my attention on social media when she started posting her incredibly unique pieces of art. We ended up featuring her on one of our Friday’s and it was such a beautiful experience. She took us to a wonderful spot in the bay area where we were able to shoot and explore her art pieces. In all of the interactions we have had she is such an authentic and spiritual soul that has connected with me on aspects of art, divine timing, healing, body positivity, and expressing yourself. Just like her specially diverse personality her artwork reflects just the same and she creates a plethora of art from wood burning to geo-art to my recent favorite where she actually used coffee. Everyone needs to go check out her artwork and buy one her personalized pieces! She gave me a geo-art piece that I keep around my vanity and gives me positive vibrations everyday when I get ready. Emily, truly you're exceptional.

And there you have it everyone, five exceptionally beautiful and hardworking women that have inspired us and our business and what they mean to us! We highly encourage everyone to follow these ladies and support them in one way or another, that can include liking their content, following their pages, buying from their businesses, reading their blogs, or reaching out to them. To me National Women’s Month really means a lot for a plethora of reasons. It inspires me to want to be a better woman now and forever, it highlights the accomplishments of all of the other important women in this world, and hopefully it shows younger girls and women that they can grow up to be whoever and whatever they want to be. The women in my life recharge me, love me, grow me, care for me, and have made me the person I am today and I will never be able to tell each and everyone of them what they mean to me. To my favorite women, thank you mom for being so badass with having such divine femininity. Hope everyone has an amazing weekend and we will see you next week.

Stay Safe and Happy Travels.
