Featured Friday: This is L.
Hello everyone! Can you believe that this is the last Featured Friday before Thanksgiving? We honestly can’t believe how fast this year has flown. Even though the holidays are going to look different this year we still hope everyone has a safe and amazing holiday! We are so excited to present to you this weeks feature by an amazingly, ethical, and woman owned company, but if you have any businesses or brands that you feel would be a great fit for us please send them our way! Which brings me back to this weeks business which we are so excited to show you!
This weeks company is called This is L. which is an award winning organic feminine product brand. I know this topic can be a tad bit awkward, especially for men, but this company truly shines and deserves recognition from all! L. Products have so many truly amazing qualities and characteristics that simply makes us want to gush about the company, and actually made me excited to start buying period products. To start with, L. is a super ethical company that focuses on better and innovative practices, for our bodies and the environment, that a lot of other feminine products don’t even come close in doing. Their products are made with organic cotton and are made without harmful chemicals like pesticides, chlorine, fragrances, and dyes. A lot of feminine products put these chemicals and ingredients into their items which can in turn slowly poison our bodies and cause long lasting affects, so once we found a reliable company that avoided these ingredients, we were over the moon. This company really prides themselves on quality, authenticity, and solidarity within their products and it gives me a piece of mind knowing I am using the highest grade of healthy products for and on my body.
Along with their amazing products and ingredients, L. Products also really inspired us with their message, packaging, and marketing. The company was started by Talia Frenkel, and a large part of their companies message is “created by woman for woman” and this really resonated with OnBrand because we appreciate a business with an inspiring and clear message looking to do great things in this world. To go along with such an amazing message of female empowerment and unity, the company takes it one step further and is so dedicated to helping other women that within their business model for every product sold they give a product to someone in need, resulting in over 200 million donations. “At L., we believe that periods should only end sentences. Not education and opportunity.” Not only should you want to feel inspired by this company based on their message and products but overall the packaging is so aesthetic and cute! They have rose gold finish, simplistic and reusable packaging, and a great color way that makes the products genuinely enjoyable to look at. To put the cherry on top of the cake their products are extremely competitive in pricing to other feminine products if not cheaper!
